- Refunds Before Project Start: A full refund is available if a cancellation request is made within 1 day of project initiation or before the project starts.
- Partial Refunds at Project Completion: If you are not satisfied with the completed project, a partial refund of 50% of the service cost may be considered. In such cases, delivered materials (like logos, websites) should not be used, and any third-party subscriptions or purchases will be transferred to you without a refund.
- Non-Refundable Services: Any third-party services, subscriptions, and purchases, as well as services rendered after the project has gone live, are non-refundable.
